Halloween!!!!!

Kids had a great weekend, went to a party and a themed dance class & trick-or-treating. They also carved pumpkins and did 2 dance performances for harvest festivals around town. If I can figure out how I will post a video from one later.

Wednesday Weigh-In

Emmie Hansen has a new sister. Her name is Alexis and Chris and Michelle

and family will call her Lexie. That makes three for them.

I had a great visit at the Logan Regional Hosp last Saturday morning at the Health Screening. I guess they have it every year, but first I'd heard of it. I was so excited when nurse said my cholesterol was 173 (has been around 220 for years) and my blood sugar was 55 which is a little lower than usual.

I have all the perennials cut down now (I have to wait til mid afternoon when it warms up to 40 before I venture out).

I also picked all the Jonagold apples on Tues and Ryan picked the rest of the Sweet 16 apples yesterday. So the harvest for year is in! Hurrah!

I had a few more goblins than normal on Monday night due to it being a lovely fall night before the rain and cold descended upon us. So I was glad for those little ones having a fun time.

I just made some Butternut Soup to try out from the harvest and it is delicious!

So happy that Holly has made this goal so I'll try not to make her go into reverse. I saw dear Dr. Larsen today to get checkup and RX refill and he talked about dad and how much he loved being his doctor. He couldn't believe he's been gone nearly six years. He told me to gain some weight! I'm at 89.5. Chow.

Weigh in Wednesday

Justin- it's weird to see you with hair. And so much of it too!
Weigh in
192! going the right direction again even after eating the apple pie mom sent home with me. (Mom, no more pies, sweets or treats.) I seriously would like to one day reach my first goal and then move on to a second!
To re-cap:
1st goal: get below 190! also to weigh less than 100lbs more than Mom. These will most likely coincide so it's all the same goal.
I'm up for suggestions for a second goal. Please comment...
I was thinking perhaps 175lbs by my birthday. Whadya all think?
Of course I'm not sure which year that birthday will be....
