Katelyns Krafty birthday!

Katelyn decorated picture frames with sparkly paint and other crafty designs. Then her and the girls designed some cute cartoon owls. Then they had cupcakes and opened presents. She loves the coloring book and is using it right now actually. And she also likes her walkie talkie she got and wants to use it for nerf gun battles

Brayden's birthday battle!

Brayden had a massive nerf war for his birthday party last night and everyone had a blast. Kids were cautious and tactical at first, then progressed into full on hunger game chaos

GGGG WINNERS

Taegan and Rebecca tied as top winners in this family contest with eight correct picks.  Taegan edged out Rebecca for top prize by coming closer to final Super Bowl score.  Good Going you two!

Coming in at third place was brainy Brayden with his correct picks of seven winners.  Good Going young man!

 Derek and Brady tied for fourth place with six points each and Derek edging out the spot by a hair with the final score.

Brady and Derek were leading the field early on but with over half the family going with the Ravens and their close win it turned the GGG game in a different direction. 

The prizes will be sent shortly and I hope you all had fun.  Grandma will be starting this game again next year with the beginning of the playoffs as most of you noted that I missed the first round this time.

 

 

Justin's Clothes are too big

So I wanted to lose some weight, but unless I have a real goal I usually fizzle out in 2 or 3 weeks and go back to eating crap and not working out. Since my Saturn is nearing its end if life Katie suggested a new truck (which I have wanted for a while, and I think she regretted mentioning that soon after she said it). The catch is I have to lose 40 pounds, and I've lost 22 so far. It won't be long now.
